Dealing with Chronic Pain
Our Pain Management Clinic is an 8-week program where instructors focus on helping people whose pain can’t be cured to learn which aspects of their pain and life they can control. The program uses a cognitive behavioral model that teaches coping skills to manage pain with an emphasis on improving function and reducing unnecessary health care utilization. This includes mindful movement practices to increase function as well as group therapy, education and practical tools and techniques to decrease the severity of pain.
Depending on your provider we can bill insurance for the clinic and you would be responsible for the co-pays associated.
